CDP ingestion

Lag against the CDP high-water mark. A stalled tailer and a quiet trading day produce the same row counts; only lag distinguishes them. POS lines and online orders are in rows (id watermark); resolutions and merges are in seconds (timestamp watermark). Thresholds: ok within 1,000 rows or 10 minutes; warn up to 10,000 rows or 30 minutes; beyond that is bad. Null lag is UNKNOWN, never 0 — 0 would mean perfectly caught up.
